Installation Instruction

When removing the water pump, the cooling water in the water pump should be put aside, the V Belt should be removed, and the V belt pulley of the water pump shall be pumped out with a special tool, and then the water pump shall be removed.

When the water pump is broken down, the water pump bearing is removed first by a special tool, and then the impeller and the sealing component of the water pump are removed from the bearing of the water pump.

Check the following parts: check on the pump impeller and the sealing component has no damage and wear, such as a defect should be replaced; check the pump shaft without damage, abnormal noise and non normal operation, if it should be replaced; check the pump connecting pipe O ring has no deterioration or damage, such as the defect should be replaced.

When assembling, use the special tool to press the axle to the impeller of the water pump first, then press the impeller and sealing component of the water pump to the specified position, and then press the water pump shaft onto the V pulley seat of the water pump. In operation, press the bearing end face to the shell, make the pump impeller plane lower than the pump shell plane 0.1 - 0.3mm.

Assembled pump, the shaft should be able to flexible rotation, and water pump bearings should not have radial gap feeling.
